                       Mission and goals of organization

The Welch Center INC./ Valley Youth Center is dedicated to providing services to the youth in grades K-12 in the Western Duluth communities. All programming is designed to assist and to enhance youth in their lives by providing educational, social, recreational programs and build self esteem, self motivation, and communication skills, through the operation of the game room, gymnasium, meeting room, computer lab, kitchen, organized activities, community outreach, interagency programming, and referral services.
